Process

We work closely with artists, architects, and engineers to develop physical forms that are manufacturable, scalable, and performance-driven. Sketching is a constant exercise throughout the design cycle, and we use physical prototypes, 3D scans, and parametric modeling to iterate rapidly and intelligently.

Design Capabilities

• Parametric CAD: Rhino + SolidWorks workflows with easily configured parts and dimensions for iterating.

• Photogrammetry: Turn sculpted, organic, or rough models into clean digital geometry

• Physical Prototyping: In-house FDM and resin printing, and glued form mockups

• Part Production: Small-batch machined components for pre-production, and fit studies.
